Officer Staub is a police officer who helped detained Carlos Payano.
History[]
Officer Staub was called to the hospital to monitor Carlos Payano, who was believed to have ingested cocaine to transport it back from Mexico City. When Sandra arrived and started to object on Carlos's behalf, Staub directed her to Jason Goode, whom he said was in charge. Later, when Sandra tried to stop them from taking Carlos for a CT scan, Goode arrested her and left Staub to watch her. Sandra called Jay for help and when Jay arrived, he started recording the encounter and asked Staub to release Sandra or he'd post the video, which showed Staub restraining someone without due cause. Staub unlocked the handcuffs and let Sandra free.
